Shares of Glass Wall Systems India Ltd made their stock market debut on September 16, 2026, listing at a modest premium over the issue price.
On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the stock opened at ₹194, registering a gain of approximately 6.6% over the IPO price of ₹182. On the BSE, it debuted at ₹190.10, up about 4.45%.
The listing came after the company’s ₹428-crore initial public offering was heavily oversubscribed at 81.65 times.
Grey Market vs Actual Debut
Ahead of the listing, the shares had been trading at a grey market premium (GMP) of around ₹41, implying an expected listing price near ₹223 (roughly 21–23% premium). The actual market debut, however, was significantly lower than those unofficial indications.

Glass Wall Systems is a façade solutions and fenestration provider with operations in India and overseas markets. Proceeds from the fresh issue are intended for setting up a new glass processing unit, among other purposes.
The modest listing gain reflects a more tempered market response compared with the elevated grey market expectations, even as the strong overall subscription highlighted robust institutional and retail interest in the issue.
