The menu presented regional flavours through items such as Kashmiri spiced walnuts, Purani Dilli Maida Kaju, Maharashtra’s bhakarwadi, Rajasthan’s mini kachori, Bengal’s kucho nimki and Tamil Nadu’s murukku.
The Leela Palace: An Edible Lotus
The Leela Palace created a handcrafted edible lotus inspired by India’s national flower. The presentation combined rose, saffron and cardamom with Indian fruits.
Traditional Ingredients With a Wellness Touch
The Leela also featured millet cookies, handmade granola bars and wellness infusions, bringing familiar Indian ingredients into a contemporary dining setting.
